Brief - Illustrate a short story, which emphasised joy. The text was about
a man reminiscing about his holiday after returning to his mundane daily routine.
Solution - The illustration depicts a silhouette of a man’s head, filled with beautiful turquoise water, a figure floating in the centre of it.
This suggests the memory has fully engulfed
the individual’s thoughts and he has been transported back to his happiest memory.
The reality of the man’s dreary location does
not dampen his joyful recollections.
